Everyone needs a hug, so here is the finished ring! It took a lot of work to polish the 3D printed stainless steel and remove the layer lines (some still remain in hard to reach places). The result has a really nice shine. For production I will use a softer metal such as silver or brass. Those materials will be much easier to polish and will open up more options for texture and finish.

Next steps are making different sizes and talking to vendors to get these cast and in the store. That’s Athru Designs, in Hudson, Massachusetts!
